What you put IN your body is as important as what you put ON your body. Skin issues may be triggered by the things you consume, the environment you are in, and what you drink. To have a better effect on your skin, it is recommended to cut down on dairy and processed foods and to drink plenty of spring or alkaline water.


Directions: Apply cream to damp skin so that it will absorb easily. If cream melts in the container, pop it in the fridge for a bit then use. (Cream can be applied if it is melted) It is recommended to test a pea size of the cream onto your skin before applying a large portion onto the body. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
