Botanical Steam

Botanical Steaming is a great way to purify the face and gently remove toxins. The botanical steam mixture will open up your pores and help to reduce inflammation.

Natural Toner

Ingredients: Calendula, Cornflower Petals, Jasmine Buds, Lavender Buds, Chamomile Buds, Rose Petals


Directions: In a large bowl pour 4 cups of boiled water and botanical together. Place a towel over your head and cover the bowl to allow the steam to nourish your skin. You may do this in 5 minute increments for a total of 15 minutes. Botanical may be dried then reused.

Botanical Steam also doubles as Yoni steam. Simply follow as directed above, but carefully use a chair or stool with an open bottom to hoover over bowl and allow the steam to remove toxins within your Yoni.
